The Ministry for Transport Floriana - Jeanne Montford (appt) Monday Lunchtime
I entered The Ministry for Transport in Floriana to hand them a copy of my police report and was referred to customer care, Jean Montfort, who said she can see me on Monday nearing lunchtime, which I will make every effort to attend. I was following legal advice but representing my own case.
Meeting notes will be posted here, online, as there is a private criminal lawyer interested in following this case.
Outside of the said Ministry, I was asked by someone - a local business owner - if my husband has been newly employed with them, referring to the Ministry for Transport and Infrastructure, and I replied with, "I don't know, I haven't seen him for a long time. What makes you say that?"
She said, "...because when you needed the assistance of services that fell under the umbrella of the Ministry for Social Solidarity, he got a job there, when you needed the Ministry for education and employment, he got a job there, when you were pursuing the Malta University for a higher education, he got a job there, and now Transport Malta have granted the registration to a man unknown of a boat that was given to you and they fall under the umbrella of the Ministry for Transport do they not?"
I said in response, "well there is another way the registration of this boat may have been granted to a man who did not own it, a boat that was given to me." I continued in conversation, "when the German man jumped on the back of my boat with a knife (referring to the incident on the 17th of July) claiming that the police officer in charge (PS1314) said he could do it because the boat belongs to no one, PS1314 then telephoned St Julian's Police station the next day while I was trying to lodge a concurrent police report and instructed the officer who was trying to help me NOT TO ALLOW ME TO LODGE MY REPORT, and therefore there was nothing documented on the system explaining the empty cabin." I continued, "on the 20th of July, the German man was granted the registration of my boat, the same morning I was at the Valletta Police station lodging my statements explaining turn of events from the 17th July, to confirm why the boat was empty - because it's been robbed; during the registration period that same morning, transport Malta may have been instructed by the German Man to call the Police Officer in charge of the case ((PS1314), the same officer who he claims to have the full support of), to confirm the boat is vacant;;; without a police statement lodged on the system in due course to suggest otherwise, PS1314 could paint the picture that I've left and abandoned the boat, Alonga Malta, giving Transpory Malta the OK to register it in the name of the German Man, (which PS1314 knows that I would never have abandoned my boat because I was fighting for it so hard); and if this is the case, PS1314 should not be dealing with the investigations regarding my situation involving the German Man, as premeditated crime by police officers is a clear breach of the Malta Police Act on at least three different accounts!" This is what I hope the Justice Minister will clean up; and the Transport Minister will reverse the decision for the registration of my boat, as detailed above; and if my speculations are correct, I want PS1314 off my case and someone else more honest to take over the investigations regarding my boat, Alonga Malta, and that this police Seargent should be dismissed!
